The song "baby3 ref nyc 1:56 am" was deleted by the musician, Travis Bennett, and is now only available in a re-uploaded version online. In response to the song's essence, which conveys a struggle with the past and the fleeting nature of existence, I created a poster and some cassette J-cards. (This is the result of a personal exercise, and neither the Cassette J-card nor the poster has been published or commercialized.)
The photograph I captured on the highway complements this endeavor by sharing a similar transitory quality. Highways have long served as powerful symbols of our life's journeys and transitions. In the image, we witness the ceaseless flow of time, where one moment gracefully unfolds into the next.
Together, the actions of the musician and the photograph of the highway underscore our shared yearning to seize fleeting moments laden with profound emotions. Through art and photography, we can capture these moments, allowing them to resonate with us long after they have passed.
